Neocom was founded on July 1, 1999 in Aveiro (Portugal) when its founders, Carlos Abade and Rosa Malta, returned to Portugal after a period of emigration. With a strong entrepreneurial spirit, the company pioneered the introduction and development of the automotive components reconstruction sector in Portugal, in response to the great shortage of products, long delivery times and high prices in the market. The concept quickly gained acceptance, allowing consumers to acquire parts of quality equivalent to the originals at competitive prices or, in case of unavailability, to repair their components within 24/48 hours.

To reach the level of excellence today, Neocom has invested heavily in logistics infrastructure, ongoing training of its team, modern equipment and process optimization. Today, it is a national reference in the Aftermarket, headquartered in Aveiro and with branches in Lisbon, Porto and Braga, in addition to strong expansion in Spain and France.

Neocom has also established partnerships with world-renowned brands and original component manufacturers, such as JTEKT, REAL, SRT and G-Autoparts, and is present on the sector's main digital platform, TecDoc, having, since 2022, the status of “Certified Data Supplier” by TecAlliance.
